Hello, my name is Stephen Tyler. I am the middle school Science teacher for grades 6, 7, and 8. I was fortunate enough to graduate from James Madison as a student in 2011. After leaving James Madison, I got a Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise and Wellness from Arizona State University in 2015. While attending ASU, I met the love of my life, my wife, and in 2016 got married. My love for wanting to teach started when I got a job at Sportball, where I was teaching kids anywhere from 2 years - 10 years old the fundamentals of different sports. After working there for 5 years, I took a job as a Director for Chick-fil-A in Chandler. There, I was able to learn leadership skills and develop young leaders all while helping grow the business. I am excited to be back at James Madison as a teacher and help students in any way I can.
