About the play

In this adaptation of the Tony and Olivier award-winning musical. Matilda tells the story of an extraordinary girl who, armed with a sharp mind and a vivid imagination, dares to take a stand to change her story with miraculous results.
​Participation Fees: $25 for both cast and tech crew.

  • Due: January 31
In addition to the $25 fee due by January 31 –
  • Due by February 21:
    • Ensemble cast fee - $25
    • Main cast fee - $75
    • Make-up kit fee - $25*
      • *This fee is required for certain members of the cast
Participation fees help us cover the cost of sets, props, costumes, scripts, and other expenses associated with putting on a performance.

Theater is a group sport- Students must communicate in advance to a director when they have a conflict. Unexcused absences can mean losing a spot in a dance number and/or having incidental lines or featured moments given to another actor. For principles, it can mean being assigned an understudy, who will then get one of our three performances.
