What people are saying about JMPS

Picture
"JMPS provides ample opportunities for students to grow in any way that interests them…My son can do things today that were not even a thought in either of our minds before. He received many accolades for his athletic performance, but he can also play guitar and drums, sing, lead a courtroom, lay tile, and change a tire — to name a few. He learned to be a team member and a leader. Not to forget, there’s the education he received as well.

I asked the administration many times throughout the course of my son’s time at JMPS how they could get so much out of their students. These students are involved, they are busy and they get it all done and to high levels. The answer I always heard is simple: they never tell the students they can’t."

"Having my kids at JMPS for 6th-12th grades has been the best parenting decision I have made.  In addition to Honors and AP class availability, they also participate in extracurriculars such as theater, softball, robotics, soccer, student government, NHS and so much more. The best of everything is at JMPS: a rich, fulfilling educational experience that you see in the big schools AND the mentorship and personal attention you want from a small school. "

"After graduating from one of the top honors colleges in the country, I can say without a doubt that the academic education I received from JMPS gave me an invaluable head-start over the majority of my peers. The skills I learned right away at JMPS were things that the majority of my classmates in college struggled with. I was so grateful for the preparation that JMPS gave me to handle any assignment that came my way at college."
