For the past 15 years I have worked in the field of special education in some capacity, from classroom aide, to behavior specialist to trainer. Currently, I provide assistance to a close family friend who has 4 children with special needs living in her home.
JMPS has been a very important part of my life since 2001 when my boyfriend began to work here. In 2003 we married at Tempe Christian Church with many JMPS staff and families in attendance. In the summer of 2007, the opportunity arose for me to come and work at JMPS-I was thrilled to become a part of such a wonderful team!
In my spare time, I am a pop culture junkie and love television and movies. My current favorite television show is “The Office” and my favorite movie is “The Shawshank Redemption.” I also enjoy reading. My favorite books are mainly biographies and memoirs. So please feel free to stop by and recommend a good movie or book to me!
