The job of the executive branch is to execute the activities and events of the student body, as well as executing the bills that are passed. The executive branch includes the President, Vice President, Attorney General, Secretary of Interior, Secretary of State, and the Secretary of the Treasury.

Vice President: She is a close advisor to the President
She would take over office of President if the President should become ineligible, or unable.
She is the President of the Senate.

Attorney General: He is the prosecutor and needs to have the ability to build a case.
He needs to know all defense attorneys. He/she meets with defendants and makes them aware of their rights.
He writes out summons and delivers summons and subpoenas.

Secretary of the Interior: He supervises chores.
He appoints a prom committee leader.
He is involved with anything that takes place on campus or within the JMPS community, including the college fair, plays, banquets, dances, and fundraisers.
He is responsible for welcoming new students.

Secretary of State: He is responsible for making sure that every prospective student is welcomed and is given a tour of JMPS.
He is responsible for organizing a community service project for each trimester for the student body.
He is responsible for making the orders for off-campus lunch days.

Secretary of the Treasury: She is in charge of money.
She is responsible for the money raised from fundraisers for dances or other activities.
She is responsible for taking money for the orders for off-campus/alternative lunch days.
